    Jill Neilson - Managing Director
    The cornerstone of Jill's care experience comes from working within the Mental Health Services in Fife and as a manager with a national charity providing support to Scotland's most challenging and chaotic young people. Jill holds a BSc in Behavioural Science, Advanced Certificate in Counselling and a Registered Manager's Award. Jill's experience encompassess developing new services from scratch, working with people who experience severe and enduring mental health issues and providing counselling for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Jill is a qualified SVQ assessor and a Quality Scotland EFQM Assessor. Jill has a strong committment to quality assurance and in establishing partnerships to support positive outcomes for young people.

    Tim Collins  - Assistant Unit Manager
    Tim was born down south and moved to Scotland in his early twenties. Tim has many years experience working in the social care field, working in group homes, community settings and within youth projects. He holds a BSC degree along with qualificaitons in Social policy, Health and Social Welfare and Criminology. Along with the above Tim has acheived his PDA in Care Services Managment. Tim enjoys a number of outdoor activities with cycling being his real passion. He is a qualifed football coach and cycle leader and uses these skills to the benefit
    of his local community.


    Victoria Hunter - Relief Assistant Unit Manager
    Victoria originally from Belfast graduated in 1999 with a BA in Community Education. She has worked in the care sector since initially with adults with learning disabilities and for the last ten years with young people often with
    challenging behaiovur and chaotic lives. Victoria is currently undertkaing her Care Management award and plans to continue her development in the near future with a counselling qualification. Victoria is committed to supporting young people to realise their potential and help them along the often bumpy road to get them there. In her spare time Victoria runs marathons and has big hopes to complete a 53 mile ultra marathon in 2013.
