As a family what can we expect?
Familiies are really important. We hope you will experience our service as being supportive of your family.
- You should be able to contact your child even when they are out of the house. When ever your child is engaged in community activities with an adult from A Life Explored they will have a mobile phone with them. You will have the number of that phone.
- We will keep in touch with you by phone at least weekly.
- We will encourage your child to phone you at agreed times.
- We will let you know of any critical incidents which might happen.
We will come and visit you if required.
You can contact A Life Explored adults at any time for updates, advice or information. - You will be welcomed to the house and invited for a meal.
